Who We Are

Eagle Eyrie was originally developed in the 1950’s as the Baptist General Association of Virginia’s (BGAV) primary conference facility. Baptist churches from across the state partnered with the BGAV to build the largest Christian conference center in Virginia. Since 1956, Eagle Eyrie has operated under the ownership of Virginia Baptists, in addition to providing a Christian environment to over 20,000 people each year from many other Gospel centered denominations, churches, and ministries across the east coast.
