REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 7th!

We are so excited you will be joining us for Music and Worship Arts Camp (MWAC)! There are several steps in the registration process. Camp Pricing for Individuals

Camp pricing through June 30, 2025:

Full package (Lodging, Linens & All Meals) – $365 per person

 *Note: Additional cost of $20 per person for bed & bath linens. Additional cost of $10 per person for reservations received after July 7, 2025.

Individual Registration

The Individual Registration Form is for those coming who are not coming as a group.  Individuals will be sharing a chaperoned cabin with other students from across the state.  The Individual Registration Form secures lodging and meals. Every attendee will need to fill out a Medical Release Form, accessible here: Medical Release Form.

Alpha Track (for those who have completed grades 4-6)
Omega Track (for those who have completed grades 6-9)
Delta Track (for those who have completed grades 10-12)

Alpha Registration

The Alpha Track is designed for those who have completed grades 4-6.

The Baptist General Association of Virginia regularly takes photos and shoots video during Music and Worship Arts Camp as a means to gather materials for archival, promotional and production purposes.  Accordingly, during the course of your stay, you and any of your guests may be photographed, filmed or videoed while participating in any of the campus events or enjoying any of the campus features.  Therefore, every guest of Eagle Eyrie Conference Center, by visiting the campus, acknowledges and agrees that these photos, films and videos may be taken and used in Baptist General Association of Virginia’s promotional materials, including their web site.
