REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 30th!

We are so excited you will be joining us for MC2! Registration is a two step process. Please pay careful attention to the instructions and don’t hesitate to call us at 434-384-2211 or email sandra.bond@eagleeyrie.org if you have any questions! 

Group Registration Form

Step 1

Register your group.  (Registration closes June 30th)

Begin by downloading the registration instructions and the participant registration spreadsheet. Fill it out, save it to your computer, and add your group’s name to the file.

Next, register your group using the online form or mail-in form. At the end of the online form, there is a place for you to upload your spreadsheet.

Finally, after you submit the online form you will be redirected to Authorize.net to pay. Your reservation is not final until your payment is received.

Step 2

Download your packet and please make sure each page is filled out entirely.

Important: Each person needs 4 copies of the General Release/Medical Information Form (1 for Eagle Eyrie, 1 for the church leader, 1 for nametags and 1 for worksites/children’s classes).

Each adult is required to fill out a background check form, and return to Eagle Eyrie NO LATER THAN June 30th.

Check-in at Eagle Eyrie will be 1:00pm – 3:00pm on Monday, July 22, 2024. If you will be later than 3:00pm, please contact the Eagle Eyrie office at 434-384-2211.

Registration Fee: $97/per person (The nonrefundable registration fee includes Eagle Eyrie’s service fee, on-campus insurance, and insurance for participants in off-campus mission projects. Registration fees will secure your group’s reservation for the conference.)

Register by mail: Download the registration form. Mail to Eagle Eyrie (address is on the form). All registration forms must be postmarked by June 30, 2024. Please be sure to include a check (no cash please) for your registration.

Lodging & Meals: We will send a bill for lodging and meals once accommodations have been worked out and assigned. Prices will be flexible depending on the type of lodging and how many meals your group eats in the dining hall. If you stay in a lodge, you will have access to a full kitchen and may choose to cook your own meals.
