REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 7th!

We are so excited you will be joining us for Music and Worship Arts Camp (MWAC)! There are several steps in the registration process. Whether you are returning or this is your first time experiencing MWAC please review this Welcome Packet. Please don’t hesitate to call us at 434-384-2211 if you have any questions.

Camp Pricing

Camp pricing through June 30, 2025:

Full package (Lodging & All Meals) – $345 per person

Lodging Only, No Meals – $250 per person

Lodge Owner, All Meals – $259 per person

Lodge Owner, No Meals – $155 per person

*Note: Additional cost of $20 per person for bed & bath linens. Additional cost of $10 per person for reservations received after July 7, 2025.

Group Registration

The Group Registration form secures lodging and meals. Every attendee will need to fill out a Medical Release Form, accessible here: Medical Release Form

After filling out the Group Registration Form, return to this page and scroll down to register for Tracks:

Alpha Track (for those who have completed grades 4-6)
Omega Track (for those who have completed grades 6-9)
Delta Track (for those who have completed grades 10-12)
Chaperones (age 18 and up)

Chaperone Registration Worksheet

Chaperones are required to register ahead of time. Churches are asked to provide verification of background checks for all adults (age 18 and up) who are attending camp with their group. Background Check Documents are due by June 30, 2025.

The Alpha Track is designed for those who have completed grades 4-6.

The Baptist General Association of Virginia regularly takes photos and shoots video during Music and Worship Arts Camp as a means to gather materials for archival, promotional and production purposes.  Accordingly, during the course of your stay, you and any of your guests may be photographed, filmed or videoed while participating in any of the campus events or enjoying any of the campus features.  Therefore, every guest of Eagle Eyrie Conference Center, by visiting the campus, acknowledges and agrees that these photos, films and videos may be taken and used in Baptist General Association of Virginia’s promotional materials, including their web site.
