Retreat Registration

The Registration Process: A reservation form and deposit (service/facilities fee) are required to secure a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.  Please register with a single form; Individual participants will register with the group responsible for planning the retreat, not with Eagle Eyrie.

Ways to Register: There are a variety of ways to register to have a retreat at Eagle Eyrie: mailing a reservation form, faxing a reservation form, using the online system.

Payment Schedule: The deposit is due along with the reservation form. Unless arrangements are made with the Director, fifty (50) percent of the balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the start of the retreat and the remaining balance is due in full upon arrival.
