Eagle Eyrie is the perfect place for you to customize your next marriage couples’ retreat. Our location, amenities, and affordable cost allows flexibility to meet your group’s needs.
Eagle Eyrie offers:
- A 38 room hotel, 16 room conference center & 6 room luxury house. Cedar Crest Hotel, Voight Conference Center and the Hoover Center all feature comfortable private rooms with private baths. Each facility also features conference space.
- Over 30 classrooms and a large auditorium. Many classrooms can be arranged to accommodate anywhere from 40 to 120 guests, with one up to 200 guests. Some classrooms are equipped with multi-media capabilities. The auditorium can hold up to 1,000 guests.
- Top notch dining and food services. Meals are offered buffet style and include soup, salad, and beverage bars. Break service and banquet options are also available.
- Please note that this information is for an outside group or church wishing to hold their own retreat; Eagle Eyrie does not program its own marriage retreats at this time.
Retreat Costs & Info
For an overnight retreat with two meals, packages start at $75.00 per person ($150.00 per couple). For a full weekend retreat with two nights and four meals, packages start at $139.00 per person. Please note that BGAV churches receive a 10% discount on meals and lodging.
Meeting space and room setup are included with all packages. Optional services such as snack breaks, swimming pool rental, and additional meals are available at an additional cost.
