2013 Rate Structure for Retreat Groups
All accommodation prices include a Service & Facilities fee of $10/per person for the first night and $6/per person for each additional night. This fee serves as the initial deposit and is non-refundable.

Lodges: Hotel-style accommodations
This is a per person rate for guests to stay in our lodges. Linens (sheets & towels) are included.
- $38/person for the first night
- $34/person for each additional night
Lodges: Rental-basis accommodations
The rate will depend on the total sleeping capacity in your lodge(s). You may bring your own linens (blankets are still available) or you may rent them.
- $30 x total capacity of lodge for first night
- $26 x total capacity of lodge for each additional night
- Linen cost: $9/per set (non-summer conference); $12/per set (summer conferences)
Cedar Crest Hotel & Voight Conference Center accommodations
The rate is for two or more to a hotel room in either the Cedar Crest Hotel or Voight Conference Center. Private rooms incur a $20.00 surcharge.
- $58/person for the first night
- $54/person for each additional night
Meals
- Breakfast: $8
- Lunch: $9
- Supper: $10
Special Rates
- Children (under 3): No charge for lodging, half-rate for meals & Service & Facilities Fee.
- Children (3-8): Half-rate for all fees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- For information about Day Meetings, please call our office at (434) 384-2211 so that we may design a package around your specific needs.
- The Services & Facilities fee, required by insurance, covers a multitude of items. The fee is $10 per person for the first night and $6 for each night thereafter. The BGAV discount only applies to meals and lodging. For clarity, the above prices include the S&F fee.
