Every participant of MC2 is required to complete a General Release/Medical Information Form to be brought to registration. Note: This year we require 4 copies. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact the Eagle Eyrie office at 434.384.2211 or email@example.com.
Registration Fees: $80/per person (The nonrefundable registration fee includes Eagle Eyrie’s service fee, on-campus insurance, and insurance for participants in off-campus mission projects. Registration fees will secure your group’s reservation for the conference.)
Lodging & Meals: We will send a bill for lodging and meals once accommodations have been worked out and assigned. Prices will be flexible depending on the type of lodging and how many meals your group eats in the dining hall. If you stay in a lodge, you will have access to a full kitchen and may choose to cook your own meals. Please click here to view our prices.
Online Registration Process: All three steps must be completed before your reservation is finalized, including receiving payment for registration fees. Online registration must be done by June 30, 2017. We will receive reservations in a first-come/first-serve basis.
- Download this participant registration spreadsheet, fill it out, and save it on your computer, adding your group’s name to the file name before submitting. The spreadsheet will give you space to individually register your group members and indicate information such as t-shirt size, mission options, etc. (The mail-in registration form contains all the codes to help you fill out the spreadsheet.)
- Register your group using this online form. At the end of the online form there is a place to upload the spreadsheet you filled out in Step 1.
- After you submit the online form you will be redirected to Authorize.net. Your reservation is not final until payment is received.
Register by mail: Download the registration form. Mail to Eagle Eyrie (address is on the form). All registration forms must be postmarked by June 30, 2017. Please be sure to include a check (no cash please) for your registration.
Adult Communication & Emergency Form: Please bring with you this time to save time at registration. You may also fill out the form ahead of time and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (Be sure to save the form with the name of your group before emailing it to us.) Thank you!
Background Check Documents: These must be completed and turned in by June 30, 2018.
