Banquet Information

Banquets in Lynchburg, Roanoke, Bedford, and Blue Ridge Mountains at Eagle EyrieYour Meal Cost Includes:
Use of the Facility, Gratuity and Sales Tax, Table Service, Linen Table Cloths and Napkins, Candle for Each Table, Set-up and Cleaning Fees, and use of the Sound System and Piano.

Evening Banquet Times:
The facility is available after 3:00 pm for set up. The facility must be vacated by 9:00pm for cleanup. Serving time should be scheduled between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Capacity for Dining Facility:
A minimum of 25 people is required for a banquet. The Voight Conference Center has a maximum capacity of 150, while the main Dining Hall can accommodate up to 400. Buffets require a minimum of 50 people.

Banquet Guidelines:
Final meal count, meal selection and serving time are due one (1) week prior to the event.  A bill will be prepared and sent at a time when the final count is received.  Payment is due at time of banquet with copy of bill and one check made payable to Eagle Eyrie.  Any increases in count within one week of the banquet is by permission of the Director or Food Service Director only.
